Please check if the product has a direct service from the manufacturere. This services minimize the times of repair. If not you have to return the product to our adress.

Describe the error as detailed as possible. Our technicians check the product on your description. If the product is not faulty to your description we return the products to to your adress with a handling fee and invoice the shipping costs. If the product is faulty because of wrong handling the product will be returned unrepaired to you.
